Welcome to the World of La Bella Muerta

Most of the stories on this website begin with a curious question and a journey down an unexpected rabbit hole.

This one simply took on a life of its own.

Born from a fascination with mythology, folklore and the forgotten corners of history, *La Bella Muerta* has grown into a world where ancient gods walk among mortals, family secrets survive across generations, and the past is never quite as buried as it seems.

From ancient civilisations to distant shores and the streets of Georgian London, its stories weave together lives separated by centuries but connected by forces far older than they realise.

And every story reveals another small piece of a much larger tale.

**Welcome to La Bella Muerta.**

About The Song of War
- Book I

Set between the Caribbean, England and the forgotten echoes of the ancient world, The Song of War weaves together mythology, family secrets and powers long thought lost.

When the past begins to unravel, Selene Adams finds herself drawn into a world where ancient gods are more than legends, loyalties are never quite what they seem, and the secrets of her family carry consequences far beyond anything she could have imagined.

As forgotten powers begin to stir, Selene must uncover the truth about her heritage and discover just how much of the past has survived into the present.

But Selene's story is only one chapter in a much larger tale.

Long before her journey began, others had already made choices, forged alliances and set events in motion whose consequences would echo across generations.

And some of their stories are waiting to be told.

About The Flow of Time
- Volume I

Not all stories begin where we expect them to. Sometimes, their origins lie centuries earlier, in a single thread drawn through time, one generation at a time.

The Flow of Time – Volume I takes readers deeper into the world of La Bella Muerta, following three such threads across different eras, cultures and lives. Each seemingly separate, each following its own course, yet all leading towards the day four cursed children unleash the Song of War.

From the ancient world to distant shores and Georgian England, Cybele, John and Rhea each have their own journey to undertake, their own choices to make, and their own place in a history still unfolding.
